Baker's Polish Pottery - About Us
|
Our Product;
We offer Polish Pottery that is a handcrafted artistic stoneware. It is oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe. Only natural and ecological materials are used in the process. It is lead and cadmium free due to the glazing , high firing temperature of 1,250 degrees Celsius and craftsmanship makes it chip and scratch resistant. It is definitely durable and meant to be used not just admired.
We offer Polish Pottery that is handmade artistic stoneware from Boleslawiec Poland. We offer a variety of patterns and forms. There are 3 different tiers of pricing based upon category of art work involved and the company.
We carry only 1st quality, meaning the stoneware is not compromised with irregularities, allowing it to be functional. It’s a specialty item that offers history, heritage and heirloom collect ability.
It is truly a Baker’s Polish Pottery : oven, microwave and dishwasher safe. Cleans great, too.
Our Business:
At our 1880’s Blacksmith Shop we focus on the community and the environment. We can bring our pottery to the customer.
In addition to participating at festivals and offering store hours and events, we participate in fundraising at local businesses, organizations and events by donating pottery and a portion of our proceeds to designated charity (schools, clubs, agency etc…). We do not add on our prices in order to do so. We’re renovating an existing building by improving, operating, and maintaining with an effort to be as “green” as possible. We use recycled packaging, restoring vintage items for display and selecting environmentally friendly products to make improvements.
